Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how FitCheck AI (“we,” “us,” or “our”) may collect, use, store, and share information in connection with the FitCheck AI mobile application and related websites (the “Service”). FitCheck AI helps users rate outfits and compare looks with AI-assisted styling feedback. It is not a fitness, health, or wellness service.
1. Information You May Provide
Depending on how you use the Service, you may provide:
- Outfit photographs and related images you upload or capture in the app;
- Optional context such as occasion, style goals, or prompts you enter;
- Support messages you send to us (for example, by email);
- Account or profile details, if accounts or saved history are offered;
- Feedback, ratings of results, or other content you choose to submit.
2. Outfit Photographs and Related Prompts
When you request a fit check or comparison, images and any accompanying text you provide may be transmitted to systems that generate styling feedback. Images may depict clothing, accessories, and portions of a person or background visible in the photo. You control which images you submit. Do not submit photos you are not authorized to use.
3. How Images May Be Processed
Submitted images may be processed by our application and by service providers that help us deliver AI-generated styling analysis, comparisons, or shareable result features you request. Processing is performed to provide the Service you ask for. Exact processing steps, retention periods, and provider roles should be described accurately in this policy once finalized for launch.
FitCheck asks the vision provider to use submitted photos to generate the requested styling feedback for that check. Do not assume photographs are deleted immediately, never stored by processors, or excluded from any provider training policies unless those behaviors are confirmed in the provider’s terms for your account.
4. Device and Usage Information
The Service may automatically collect certain technical information, such as:
- Device type, operating system version, and app version;
- Language and general region settings;
- Approximate usage events (for example, feature interactions) needed to operate and improve the app;
- Diagnostic information related to performance.
5. Analytics
FitCheck AI does not currently include a third-party analytics SDK. If analytics tools are added later, this section will be updated to name the providers and data categories.
6. Crash Reports
FitCheck AI does not currently include a third-party crash-reporting SDK. Device logs may still be available to you locally, and Apple may collect diagnostic data according to your device settings and Apple’s policies.
7. Purchases and Billing Information
If you purchase a subscription or other paid feature through the Apple App Store or Google Play, payment processing is handled by those stores. We may receive limited purchase status information (such as whether a subscription is active) needed to unlock features. We do not receive your full payment card number from those stores.
8. Third-Party Service Providers
We may use trusted third parties to host infrastructure, process images for AI analysis, deliver the app via storefronts, or provide analytics and crash reporting. Providers are authorized to process information only as needed to perform services on our behalf, subject to contractual and technical safeguards appropriate to the data involved. Material providers may include Cloudflare (API proxy hosting) and OpenAI (vision analysis), plus Apple or Google for app distribution and in-app purchases.
9. Image Retention and Deletion
Outfit photographs used for a fit check are transmitted through FitCheck’s cloud proxy to OpenAI for that analysis request. A local history of checks and photos may remain on your device until you delete it in the app. Share-card face and background blur runs on-device. Copies processed by service providers are handled according to their retention practices for providing the analysis; contact us to request deletion assistance where applicable.

10. Data Security
We take reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Children’s Privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your region). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under that age. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it where required.
12. Your Choices and Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to:
- Access, correct, or delete certain personal information;
- Object to or restrict certain processing;
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent;
- Receive a portable copy of information you provided;
- Opt out of certain analytics, where offered by the platform or us.

13. International Data Processing
Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where FitCheck or its providers (including Cloudflare and OpenAI) operate. Where required, appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers will be used.
14. Policy Updates
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will revise the effective date and may provide additional notice in the app or on our website when changes are material. Continued use of the Service after an update means you acknowledge the revised policy, except where consent is required by law.
